    Eligibility for Replacement:

    • Damaged or Incorrect Items:

      • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.
      • We will process a replacement order with the same shipping speed as your original item.
    • Items Not Received After 30 Days:

      • If you haven't received your order within 30 days (excluding shipments marked as delivered by the carrier), you're eligible for a free replacement.
    • Required Information:

    • For Damaged or Incorrect Items:

      • Please provide three photos from different angles of the item you've received.
      • These photos will help us expedite your replacement order.
      • There's no need to return the damaged or incorrect item.
    • For Items Not Received:

      • If your tracking status shows "delivered," please contact your local post office for assistance.

    • Final Sale Policy:
      • All sales are final.
