Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. This can happen for several reasons:
Incorrect or Outdated Address: If the shipping address provided is incorrect or outdated, the package may be stored by the courier for a certain period before being returned to us. To prevent this, please double-check your address when placing an order. If you realize the mistake after placing the order, contact us immediately through our Contact Form so we can attempt to correct it before shipping. If the order has already shipped, we will evaluate if sending a replacement is possible; however, this is not guaranteed as all sales are final and refunds cannot be granted.
Unrecognized Address Format: Our system might not recognize the way an address was entered, or the package was assigned to a carrier that can't deliver to that address. In such cases, the package will be returned to us.
Restricted Addresses: Deliveries to prisons, correctional facilities, or similar institutions may be subject to specific restrictions, leading to the return of the package.
Failed Delivery Attempts: Most carriers make multiple attempts to deliver a package. If they are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.
Refused by Recipient: If a gift recipient isn't expecting a package, they might refuse the delivery, causing it to be returned.
